We were in need of a Kitchen Renovation that included Moving Electrical Panel Raising the ceiling and making something to hide the Exhaust Vent that was in the lowered Ceiling. Tile floors and backsplash and Quartzite counter tops. We also had Andre retile and swap out fixtures in our master bathroom . Communication was great he listened to all my concerns and was able to help me with Cabinets, Counter Tops, Lighting, Drywall, and a lot of Tile work. We opted to paint ourselves so we felt more involved with this project. But he was more than capable of handling that as well. They always were always on time and it was an incredibly smooth remodel/renovation. His Quotes are on the money and we stayed with in my budget He was also quick to solve issues that came up as we demo'd the kitchen. i would Recommend Sur Construction to anyone. And we plan on having him back to do a few more things in the future now that all the major stuff is done.

My wife and I hired Andrey based on the many good reviews he has and the honest feeling we got when meeting him for the first time. We own an older home that was built in the 50s and we needed to completely tear down and update our bathroom. I cannot put into words how good of a decision it was to go with Sur Construction. Andrey was communicative, on time, kind, and charged a fair price for the job. He was a joy to talk with and he left us feeling educated every step of the way. We are so happy we found someone we can trust for future projects on our home. Our bathroom looks so good and functions so well now.Thanks Andrey & team!!

He took on my project even though it had been started by someone else who wasn't able to finish. His drywall guy is excellent, the tile work is beautiful and he was awesome to work with. His price was more than fair and he didn't ask for any payment until the job was done even though he had to buy lots of materials! I 110% recommend this company for any home renovation. We started with a toilet and sink, tiny old bathroom and now we have a gorgeous modern work of art! I can't say enough good stuff.

I really appreciate Andre's experience and advice when running into unexpected situations during demo. We've had new floors installed throughout 2 places, new: kitchen cabinets, counters, bathroom vanities, toilets and I used his painters and everything looks great! They do their job well, they listen and get it right the first time. They have done two rooms in our home as well as an outdoor shed. Best shed in the neighborhood, for sure. He's done our kitchen and breakfast nook, he's installed doors, windows, tile, and hopefully soon he will be framing, drywalling, and tiling the basement. Sur Construction has gotten busier over the year, which means we might need to wait a little longer, but when you find someone good, stay with them. We are happy with and for Sur Construction.

Boo.. i've been a contractor for 35+ years. I saw the reviews on this company and asked for a quote. Check out the picture I got of the response. It doesn't fall into line with the other reviews which makes me think they are not who they say they are. No contractor tells you they're too busy. They tell you they are busy and that there may be some wait time. Instant red flag, very happy to see it at the beginning instead of after I've signed them and giving them money.

Andrey gave us a more than reasonable quote for the work to be done & a timeline for when the work would start and be finished. He was professional, kind and very patient. He and his assistant went above and beyond. I absolutely love our new bathroom! Furthermore, my husband is able to shower almost independently. The pictures only show the shower transformation. The entire bathroom was remodeled.

I told him we weren't in a rush, but then never ever heard from him again. Disappointing. Communication is a crucial part of any job. There was zero communication from Sur Construction
